Hidden Wounds

AETN-Hidden Wounds Online Professional Development course is designed to help teachers recognize self-harm in their student population, and to provide them the tools to make appropriate referrals and give much needed support during the decision and recovery process.

This Behavioral Studies course provides program research and scientifically based web page links, as well as information from Arkansas mental health, medical, and school counseling professionals, and access to the videostreamed full version of the AETN Education - Hidden Wounds: What you don't know about cutting production with PDF handouts.

An assessment with mastery level tracking established as eighty percent, and a survey are included in this professional development course. A Library-level discussion board topic opportunity is also available for online teacher collaboration.
