New Leadership Course

This instructional leadership tool for Educators and their community partners serves as a guide for creating schools that help prepare students for a modern world.

A unique curriculum, School Leader Development: Building 21st Century Schools combines video, challenge questions, discussion, and expert resources to focus on the following issues facing school leaders:

• The dimensions of change within schools in the 21st century
• Guiding student learning
• Strategies for success for all students
• Innovative approaches for education
• Strong leadership for all schools

An assessment with mastery level tracking established as eighty percent, and two surveys, one for Microsoft and one for AR IDEAS course development staff, are included in this professional development course. A Library-level discussion board is also available for online educator collaboration.
